During the Second World War it was extremely important to safeguard information that was vital to our national security and... the security of our international partners. What makes anyone think that it's less important today to safeguard our national interests and the communications between our diplomats and those of our world partners. Anyone who violates these security policies, in my opinion, is guilty of treason and should receive the most extreme punishment available... including death by firing squad... IN PUBLIC for ALL to see.
